If you visit www.oska.info and we have no contract with you, we do not record your personal data.
There are, however, data which are saved in a log file which are evaluated anonymously for statistical purposes. Each data set consists of
- the IP address
- the date, time and time zone of the requested data (= type of request, type of log, the access status (= file transmitted, file not found, etc.)
- file size
- file name
- information on the website via which you found us (= the page from which the file was requested)
- description of the web browser version used including the operating system
- oska.de page view as well as secondary pages you visit
If, however, you enter a contract with oska.de or you send us your data in another way (for example through application documents) we save your personal data. Personal data in the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) are individual statements on personal and factual situations of a certain or a determinable individual. Depending on the type of contract, this may be name, address, email address, date of birth, profession, bank account and also other sensitive data such as income and credit worthiness. We, and our partner companies, which we carefully select, pursuant to Art. 11 BDSG, protect such data under the application of the regulations of BDSG and TDDSG by technical and organisational measures. The data we save is not passed on to external third parties.
We only use your data for marketing purposes, if we have informed you of the use of the data in detail beforehand and if you have expressly agreed. Any transmission of personal data, such as in the contact area of your PC to www.oska.info, is coded, in order to protect your data from misuse by third parties.
Pursuant to Art. 34 BDSG you are entitled to be informed free of charge of your data saved in our system. Pursuant to Art. 35 BDSG you are entitled to have the personal data corrected, deleted and blocked.
